• The National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program provides free and low-cost mammograms in every state. Eligibility requirements vary from state to state. Go to this site and click on your state to find out what the requirements are where you live.
• The Avon Foundation Breast Care Fund supports the agencies on this list. They help women get mammograms. Browse this list to find an agency near you.
• CancerCare helps with financial support for low-income women during treatment for breast cancer. They often have as many as three different kinds of grants for this. This link will take you to their website. If you want to ask for help, their toll-free number is 1-800-813-4673.
• American Breast Cancer Foundation provides assistance for mammograms and other diagnostic breast tests, as well as other assistance for breast cancer patients in treatment. They can be reached toll-free at 1-877-539-2543.
